How Wiser works
See it work
You don’t have to know which skill to use. Wiser finds the one the job needs, and the skills that write for you read how you work from your folder, so you get farther, better and faster than you would from a normal chatbot.
My Program holds four of my files: how I write, who the firm is, my proposal template and my design. The first three go into a proposal. It passes review and goes back into My Program. Then the proposal and my design go into a board deck. It passes review and goes back into My Program too.
What Wiser does
Writes in the voice and tone of your choosing
Your drafts start from how you write, built from pieces you’ve written yourself. Work for a client starts from that client’s voice instead.
Reviews writing for AI tells
Before a draft goes out, an AI expert reads it for what gives AI away: the throat-clearing opening, the ending that says it all again, every sentence the same length. You can skip the check.
Looks like yours, not like AI
Once your design is set up, decks, pages and documents come out in it. An AI expert reviews the design the way a creative director would, and catches the generic AI look. You can skip that review too.
Pushes back when something doesn’t add up
It’s built to ask when a request is unclear, push back on a weak claim, and say when there’s a better option. The calls that are yours come back to you, with its recommendation.
Says when it can’t
When a step can’t run, it tells you which step and puts nothing in its place.
Your drafts start with your facts
Stop re-explaining yourself. Your facts, your voice and how you like work done live in a folder on your computer, and the skills that write for you read them first.
Your context lives in files you can review, not in a chat’s memory
Open them, read them, change them. A conversation doesn’t change them on its own.
Builds on what you’ve taught it
Each piece can start from where the last one left off. Rebuild your voice from things you’ve actually sent. A finished project writes down what it learned for the next one. A set of documents you ask questions of can be brought up to date when its sources change. Each of those is a step you run, so nothing changes behind your back.
Answers from your own documents
Turn your documents into a set you can ask questions of. Answers come from them, with quotes and sources, or Wiser tells you your documents don’t cover the question.
Your work goes with you
Your work lives in your folder, not inside an AI app. Switch between the Claude and ChatGPT desktop apps and the same folder works in both, so changing apps doesn’t mean starting over. When your AI app reads these files, their contents go to its provider.
Picks up long projects where they left off
Big work doesn’t restart from a blank chat. The plan, the decisions and what you learned are written down, so the next session starts from them.
Research that shows its sources
Every finding comes with where it came from and how sure to be, and the disagreements it couldn’t settle are shown, not smoothed over.
Numbers calculated, not guessed
When Wiser analyses your data, a tool does the arithmetic, and each figure traces back to the column it came from.
Knows how to organize your projects
A messy folder gets a plan. Wiser proposes how to organize it, changes nothing until you approve, and keeps a way back.
How it’s built
Wiser isn’t one prompt or one skill. It’s 52 skills and 11 AI experts, as of October 2026, built to work together: the skills that write, design and research send their work to the expert in that field, unless you skip the check.
The experts
- Ghost Writer reads your writing as the person it’s for, before it goes out.
- Creative Director sets the direction before anything is designed, then checks the result against it and catches the generic AI look.
- Research Expert checks what each finding rests on: its sources, what they cover, and whether a number was measured or just repeated.
- Problem Solver works through a hard problem and gives you a recommendation, with its assumptions and what could go wrong.
- Knowledge Expert decides what belongs in a set of your documents, and how far to trust it.
- Marketing Strategist recommends a marketing strategy from your business and your audience, with the channels ranked and success you can measure.
- Conversion Advisor works out why a website’s visitors aren’t acting, and ranks the changes by their evidence and effort.
- Webmaster checks whether people can find your website, spots broken links, and judges whether a proposed publish is safe.
- IT Expert weighs a change to your domain, hosting or passwords before it’s made: what it could break, and how to undo it.
- Connector Advisor plans how Wiser connects to a new outside service.
- System Expert checks a change to how your Wiser folders are set up before it’s made.
The skills, by what you do
- Write: articles and posts, proposals, speeches, and summaries of a meeting from its transcript. One skill builds your voice from your own writing.
- Design: slide decks, web pages, colour palettes, type, and a full design system, plus diagrams of how something works.
- Research and analyse: research that shows its sources, analysis of data files, including CSV or TSV exports from your spreadsheets, and a map of what your files already say.
- Your documents: sets of your documents you can ask questions of, kept current as they change.
- Plan and organise: long projects that pick up where they left off, steps you repeat written down once, and a tidy folder.
- Marketing and websites: a sales funnel, a clean email list, and a website you can edit and publish.
- Connect: linking your accounts, and fixing a connection that stops working.
Connections
As of October 2026, your Wiser account connects Wiser to 24 outside services, such as Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Notion, HubSpot and Zoom. Some connections may become paid upgrades later.
