Wiser isn’t in my app

Wiser works in the Claude and ChatGPT desktop apps, not in a browser tab. Follow the install page for your desktop app.

My sign-in link doesn’t work

The link works once, for 20 minutes. It can take a minute to arrive. If it has expired or was already used, ask for a new one on the sign-in page.

ChatGPT won’t let me add Wiser

Developer mode is the ChatGPT setting that lets you add apps that aren’t in ChatGPT’s own directory yet, such as Wiser. On a work account, your admin may need to allow it.

On a work account, ask your admin. Otherwise, write to [email protected].
